If the applicant is an incoming freshman enrolled in a college, or university for the first time (i.e. a high school senior or non-traditional student), a letter of acceptance from the college, or university, is acceptable in lieu of a transcript.

If selected as a scholarship recipient, scholarship funds will only be released upon proof of enrollment. An official copy of enrollment or course schedule is required.
