MANA de Albuquerque Hermanitas® Program

​

The Hermanitas® Youth Leadership program offers one-on-one mentoring, personal, career and leadership training for girls 11-18.  They participate in workshops designed to encourage girls to stay in school, pursue high academic and career goals, maintain and/or improve their health and raise their self confidence and expectations for the future.  Hermanitas® attend the annual MANA National Hermanitas® Conference, the NM State Legislature, where, they meet with legislators, attend policy sessions, introduced on the Senate floor and attend the annual Tribute to Hispanic Legislators Banquet.  Hermanitas® are also partnered with Girl Scouts USA and is a stand-alone Girl Scout Troup.
